Your man KGR has been on the scene for a couple decades. He's had the usual label issues, along with an on-going shit-stirring fest with ex-Karrine 'Superhead' Stephens that has distracted heads from the fact that G Rap can still bring at at 43.
Riches Royalty and Respect doesn't skew far from wanna-be Giancana fare, but the beats are decent and KGR still has a nasty, nasty flow. Not too much in the way of guest spots, save for Havoc on American Nightmare, but Kool G Rap is more than capable of carrying a track. Pick up
Riches Royalty and Respect here at the Fat Beats web presence. Word is he and Necro are teaming up for a record called
Godfathers. Could be interesting. Stay tuned.
