Has it really come to this? Are there actually people with good musical taste at ABC? Must have been the same guy who hired Jimmy Kimmel, but someone over there is letting anchor Dan Harris do a weekly music blog called Amplified where he does short interview segments with his favorite bands. Shockingly, Harris has got some taste and knows what he's talking about. I'm as flabbergasted as you are, but tuned in for the Mac Macaughan spot and stayed for The Hold Steady, but tuned out once Dan Deacon rolled in. You'd probably do well to check it out.
